I watched the series up to about day 40 but I was learning Java. I came back to follow the series now and I'm only on day 1. I can not find vcvarsall.bat and when I find solutions I can only find python solutions.

Did you install Visual Studio? Which version? If you are installing Visual Studio 2015, you must make sure you checked "C++" language selection. By default it doesn't install C++ compiler.

Huh...I'll look into that now and hopefully it works. I'll let you know.

You should also install the windows api, it doesn't come with every install.
