Am I mistaken or is you ping a bit weird? Did you not notice it sometimes takes like a second to return, and then it say the ping is ok? So this then would maybe indicate some process that is hanging periodically? Assuming the ping is correct. So you loss of frames, may be due to some process that causes hang?
