It appears it wasn't added to tracking for that tag?
As a workaround you can download the legacy file zip from sendowl and get the file there.

I'd offer to raise PRs for the addition, but since the days are on tags instead of branches I'm not sure how to address the issue.
Anybody have any tips so I can avoid unzipping each day?
