Complementary Streams
I'm pretty terrible at finding quality streams/videos. Do you guys know any good streams on complementary topics? Game design, asset creation, related maths, etc...

I know UplinkCoder has an ongoing Compiler video series (https://forums.handmadehero.org/i...hp/forum?view=topic&catid=4&id=39), and John Blow is referenced quite frequently, so I assume his are quality as well (though perhaps off topic).

What are some others?

The Jonathan Blow videos/streams being referred to are at:

I've only watched, and have really enjoyed, his set of (four, so far) talks on building a new programming language for games:

There are two i know. One is Slow Down, Bull by Insomniac games and the other is Nuclear Throne by Vlambeer. I haven't followed any of them closely so i don't know how detailed they are but you can check for yourself if you like it.

I haven't had time to watch many of them, but I've been planning to go through Brendon Chung's Streams (Brendon is blendo games, of Gravity Bone / 30 Flights fame).

There's also Notch's Ludum Dare streams, which are neat (though of course you have to go into them understanding that making a game in 48hrs is very different from making one over the course of years). Here's part one of him making Prelude of the Chambered (and the rest of the parts can be found through the twitch links here).
